Our client is an Asia-Focus Market Neutral Hedge fund. Due to the rapid and continual growth of the firm, they are now looking for a Fund Accountant professional to join their Finance team in Hong Kong.
Your main tasks are to support the fund level reconciliation with custodians and fund administrators. You may also handle fund payment to ensure good invoice payment and approval record. At the same time, you will be assisting in good cash management system and record for cash with Prime Brokerages and custodians as well as producing investor reporting for review. Fund Year-end audit and reporting to regulators may also be required when needed.
To qualify, you must have 1 – 3 years of experience ideally fund accounting or fund administration/Finance with a fund services provider and/or asset management. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields is needed, as well as knowledge in enfusion system are preferred. You must have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
