Our client, a leading private bank, is in the business of managing assets and providing investment advisory services to private and institutional clients globally. They are currently seeking for a Support Specialist to join the IT Support team.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you will be responsible for providing levels 1 and 2 support for the HK office including traders and investment teams, as well as external asset managers and clients. You will address hardware, software and networking issues for the HK office, support desktops and mobile devices, handle and manage local contracts and hardware/equipment purchase, and IT-room management.
To be considered, you should have at least 5 years of experience supporting the IT needs of a fund manager or a financial institution. You should have strong knowledge of major Microsoft OS and applications, MDM, networking and Citrix. Excellent communication skills in English is a must.
