Our client is a market leading international professional services firm, and they are looking for an experienced qualified lawyer to join their legal services team.
Your main responsibility will be to provide legal, fund and fiduciary services to international clients doing business in and from Hong Kong, China and the wider Asia Pacific region on the laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Ireland.
To qualify, you must have a degree in Law with commonwealth law qualification, PQE4 plus and up with international law firm experience in corporate and M&A law. Candidates without commonwealth qualifications will be considered for a Legal Manager. Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Chinese is a must.
